I invite you to join us for Women’s Circle on March 22nd from 1-3pm in Brandon, FL. This is an ongoing monthly group that will continue through all of 2026!
In March we meet to connect with other women and to learn practical tools to help even the busiest and most dysregulated moms find calm and more intentional living!
The circle will include some brief activities to help with mental clarity, focus and nervous system regulation- such as yoga, somatic movement, breath techniques and sound therapy.
Free childcare (children 5 and older) will be provided and there will be charcuterie boards with snacks for the kids and the moms!
The March session will be held at an outdoor location to allow for the mental and physical benefits of nature! In the event of poor weather conditions we will relocate to Dancing For A Difference in Brandon, FL

This circle is offered at a community-centered rate of $25.
