This Women’s Circle on January 18th from 1-3pm in Lithia, FL will be the first in a monthly series that will continue through all of 2026!
In January we meet to create a vision board, connect with other women and to learn practical tools to help even the busiest and most dysregulated moms achieve big things in 2026!
The circle will include some brief activities to help with mental clarity, focus and nervous system regulation- such as yoga, somatic movement, breath techniques and sound therapy.
Childcare will be provided and there will be charcuterie boards with snacks for the kids and the moms!
Sliding scale of $20-$40 for the event. $20 minimum to reserve your spot. Spots are limited.
