Women’s Circle on Sunday February 22nd from 1-3pm in Brandon, FL will be the second in a monthly series that will continue through all of 2026!
In February we meet to connect with other women and to learn practical tools to help even the busiest and most dysregulated moms achieve big things in 2026!
The circle will include some brief activities to help with mental clarity, focus and nervous system regulation- such as yoga, somatic movement, breath techniques and sound therapy.
Free childcare (children 5 and older) will be provided and there will be charcuterie boards with snacks for the kids and the moms!
The February session will be held at a local park (weather pending) with a backup location at Dancing For A Difference in Brandon, FL.

This circle is offered at a community-centered rate of $25.
