Join us for a joyful spring morning of music, movement, and nature!
This festive class helps children build focus, confidence, creativity and emotional regulation while having lots of fun!
Children will enjoy a playful mix of:

🧘 Kids yoga & calming breathing games
🌈 Mindfulness activities
🔔 Relaxing sound bowls & guided meditation
🍓 A festive spring snack
🥚 A magical Easter bunny treasure hunt through the woods
We’ll finish the morning exploring the trails to discover what the bunny left behind!
After the program:
Families are welcome to stay and enjoy the park! Bring lunch, swimsuits and/or creek shoes if you’d like to play in the water or visit the springs.
